Sixth Post
My goals at the beginning were something along the lines of "improving endurance" and that, although a nice thought, has no way of being measured. So I guess my new takeaway is to just try to exercise every day about 30 minutes, no matter the exercise. An exercise outside the routine is better than no exercise. I have gone on bike rides, today I went on a hike with my mom. We only stopped because it was getting late, but we agreed on going back out today. I have done some of the homework that is due tomorrow throughout this day, so that I have more time tomorrow. I hope that by the end of the project, I do end up with increased stamina and endurance, however I may measure that.
Before, what motivated me to do exercise was spending time with my friends and having fun. Obviously, that is not possible at this time, so I have not felt the motivation to move around. I hope that by not being limited to the same exercises alternated every other day, I will feel more inclined to move around. It might take longer than 30 minutes, but I feel like I would rather spend more time and have "fun" and spend time outside than torture myself for 30 minutes and stay inside all day, every day.
Also, I have got to start filming myself. Any moment that I just drop down and start doing push ups, I got to film myself. Otherwise, I will have nothing for my project video.
At this time, I would have rather make my project to learn to play the piano/guitar since I voluntarily spend many hours every week learning to play. Towards the beginning of cyber school, I played the piano for about 2-3 hours straight starting around 11 PM-12 PM. But I know that it is too late to change my project idea since we are halfway done and at the same time, I want to keep my idea so that I feel motivated to move around with the incentive of keeping a "good" grade.
